Guernsey County Engineer, Paul Sherry, has closed Rose Hill Road (Co. Rd. 942) due to two road slips. The closure is just south of McCormack Lane. The closure will remain in effect indefinitely as repair options are investigated. Residents north of the closure should use Putney Ridge Road and State Route 513 as a detour route. Residents to the south should travel south to access to State Route 265. No through traffic will be permitted.

The Guernsey County Highway Department announces that the bridge rehabilitation project on 8^th St Rd. (County Rd. 33) between Wills Creek Valley Dr and Sarchet’s Run Rd (Cambridge Twp. Rd. 635) is complete and the bridge is now open to traffic.
